Our Bourbon 🥃 & BBQ event is this Thursday Sept.14 & we want to introduce you to our Whiskey ambassador for the evening Darian Everding, who will be sharing information about each Bourbon for the tasting: @buffalotrace @heavensdoorwhiskey @wellerbourbon Special Reserve & @oldforester Statesman

Darian (@drinkingwithdarian ) is an Executive Bourbon Steward, Certified Whisky Specialist, and lover of spirits with stories. Originally from Waterloo, Iowa, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Northern Iowa in 2016. She now resides in Ames where she oversees talent and product development at London Underground, a British-themed pub and community space. Throughout her journeys, she has visited over 40 distilleries in 5 countries and has brought back stories of authenticity, humanity, and dram fine times.

Darian also founded Women & Whiskey, an educational storytelling program focused on shining light on women in the whiskey industry. By sharing the stories of women in whiskey, past and present, Darian hopes to empower more young women to shatter barriers and pursue fulfilling careers in the beverage production industry.

Tickets are still available for our Bourbon & BBQ event & can be purchased on our website.
Thursday doors open at 6 pm and tasting program begins at 6:30. Seats are limited for this fun and fundraising event! We’ll have some excellent raffles and time to relax, network and enjoy some fine bourbons!
