When you book your wedding ceremony or reception with us, you will have access to a personal event planner who can give you expert advice on Central Iowa’s top wedding vendors and will assist with the day-of coordination for your event.

Your One-of-a-Kind Reception
Blending history with modern elegance, our newly renovated Great Hall offers both intimacy and grandeur unmatched by any other banquet facility in Marion County. The Great Hall can accommodate receptions of up to 250 guests for a seated meal.
Great Hall rental includes:
- Day before decoration time from between 10 am and 4 pm
- 12 hours the day of your event
- White table linen
- China, silverware and glassware
- Large built in dance floor
- Raised head table for bridal party
- In-house sound system with microphone, projector and drop down screen
All rentals in our Great Hall include the use of our in-room technology. We have a built in sound system and wireless microphone and a brand new drop down screen and projector. Our projector system has HDMI capabilities as well as a wireless connection option. We also include the use of our WiFi at no additional fee.
An Elegant Ceremony
Say ‘I do’ in our grand historic theatre. Completed in 1900, our opera house is the perfect backdrop for a truly unforgettable wedding ceremony. Our two-story theatre can seat ceremonies for 320+ guests.
Theatre rental includes:
- Professional lighting and sound technician
- Dressing room for bridal party
- State-of-the-art stage lighting
- Drop down projection screen and LCD projector
- In-house sound system with microphone
We recently updated our Bridal Suite! Our new space offers a comfortable place to get ready and prepare for your big day!
We have an on-site catering kitchen and you are welcome to use any caterer of your choice.
We always recommend setting up a time to come and see our venue. It helps to be able to see the venue in person and visualize your day here. We are also there to answer any and all questions you may have.
