Last Friday @lukebryan released his new album “Mind of a Country Boy” and I wanted to highlight this song “I’m on a Tractor” because it was written by Nashville hit songwriters @leethomasmiller & @neilthrash …and guess what?!!! Lee Thomas Miller is one of the hit songwriters who will be gracing our stage next Saturday Oct. 12 at 7pm with Wendell Mobley, for our Nashville North hit songwriter series!!! So get those tickets!!

Bourbon & BBQ 2024 was a SOLD OUT SUCCESS last night, both in fundraising & attendance with over 100 people coming out to support this fun annual event!!!
Thank you to our Distilleries & Distributors who participated this year: @beamsuntory ; @cedarridgeiowa ; @mrdistilling company ; Republic National Distributing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Also a thank you to John Roslien of The Pella Bourbon Club for your sampling quiz booth for a chance at a prize & thank you to Scott Sales of @groombarber_lounge for his generous donation of a bottle of bourbon and 52 free gift cards for a Hot Towel Facial at Groom & creating an amazing game to go with it that raised over $500!!!
And thanks to Chad Airhart of Iowa Cigars for participating again … so many enjoy this part just as much as the bourbon!!!
And @amosflavabarbeque the bbq & sides were amazing & went together great with our tasting event!

Bourbon & BBQ 2024 is 2 days away & Tickets still available for $45 per person! We’ve also got a 10year Pappy’s Bourbon we’re raffling off too (and you don’t have to be present to win this raffle item 🥃)! Raffle will close Thursday Sept. 12 at 8:15pm.

This year’s event we are shaking up our format & will have 4 Iowa distilleries/distributors who will have samples of bourbons to try & you can learn more about the traditions of Iowa distilling.
We will again have the amazing food from @amosflavabarbeque to pair nicely with the bourbon.
Each person attending will get a free drink token for beer or wine and a token for a free cigar from Iowa Cigar.
Doors open at 5 pm.
