There will be a large fenced area on Franklin Street where individuals who are 21 and older may enter after purchasing a wristband and enjoy alcoholic beverages. Individuals who are 21 and older may purchase wristbands on the day of the event, wristbands will be $15 each and may be purchased beginning at 8 am at The Bread Board and at 1 pm at the Pella Opera House.
